Where’s my order ?
After placing your order you would have received a confirmation email with your order reference number. You can log into your account and see the status of your order anytime.
The order I received is not complete. What do I do ?
Don’t worry - chances are we shipped some of your items separately, especially bulky stretched canvas items. You would have received a way bill number from our courier partner that can be used to track all the location of all the components of your order.
Contact us with your way bill number should you require assistance.
My order has not arrived. What can I do ?
Make sure that you have the correct delivery date by checking your order confirmation email. Order status and tracking is available when you log into your account.
